I Love SIMPLICITY, especially when you are trying to get back on track.

The best way to get your fitness back on track is just start walking. Do what you can in the time you have.

If you are past the walking stage and want some resistance training, try this workout….

Warm 3 – 5 mins

20 Squats
20 Push Ups
20 Star Jumps
30 Secs Plank

Repeat this 3-4 times
Cool down and stretch
