I LOVE to hate Leg and Glute Day!

This was yesterdays….needless to say I am a little sore and stiff today,

but nothing a good walk and stretch can’t fix.

 

 

Warm Up 10 mins

1 Min Skipping

1 Min Small Step Step Ups

Repeat x 5

Heavy Lift

Barbell Back Squat Reps 12 x Light / 9 x Heavier (add a little weight) / 6 x Heavy / 3 x Heaviest / 12 back to original weight

1 min rest between each new weight, and focus on form.

Circuit

Weighted Walking Lunges x 20 (10 per leg)

Weighted Step Ups x 20 (10 per leg)

Lunge Jumps x 20

Repeat circuit x 4

Finisher

You can use this move as a starter or finisher to put some meat on that booty!
