I had been struggling with my weight and health for quite a while, going from one diet to the next. Working with Maree on a plan that suited me and my lifestyle, we were able to work out a better healthier eating plan just for me. I don’t miss out on the things I like and I now actually enjoy doing some light exercise. I find it clears my head and helps me get through stressful days.

The changes in my eating and exercise habits have enabled me to lose 8kg, as well as gain knowledge on other important aspects of my health. I am looking forward to continuing my lifestyle change and hopefully lose another 4kg.
