Workout: Supersets and Tri-sets

The biggest benefit to pairing exercises is time efficiency that’s why I like to superset or tri-set exercises. .

Supersets: Completing two exercises back to back with little to no rest.

Tri-sets: Completing three exercises back to back with little to no rest.

Here is a tri set I like to use to work the shoulders, arms and core:

20 Ball Slams
20 Push Ups
20 sec Plank

All performed back to back then a short rest before starting again.

Complete 4 full rounds and you will begin to understand how effective pairing exercises is.
