It’s my job as a Personal Trainer to show you how to put your Fitness First with a Healthy Exercise routine based on your current Fitness level. Weight Loss is a direct result from increased fitness and a healthy diet. Physical fitness is essential for a well-balanced and happy life. Improved muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, self confidence and mental clarity are some of the many benefits of being physically active. It is not just the worldly things that you need to measure your success, it is your own physical and mental wellbeing that will help you succeed in life, achieve your goals and reach happiness.

Group Fitness Coaching

Health Me offers a variety of packs for group fitness sessions. We want you to start moving, start burning calories and start enjoying exercise using outdoor facilities to create a fitter you. At Health Me you will get professional group fitness training outdoors and indoors, at home fitness program, support and motivation and you will notice increased fitness, strength and flexibility.

Session Descriptions

Bootcamp

Emphasising personal development rather than military-style discipline. We incorporate circuit-based exercises designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. You'll use a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, ropes, tyres, and kettlebells, along with bodyweight exercises. It's always you vs you.

Blokescamp

A bootcamp designed specifically for men to address their unique fitness needs and goals. Additionally, Blokescamp addresses health issues more prevalent among men, promoting overall well-being and empowering them to take charge of their health.

HIIT Pilates

A mat class that combines all the benefits of a traditional Pilates session with the added resistance of bands, dumbbells or pilates balls, to enhance muscle toning, endurance, and core awareness. It’s low-impact yet high-intensity, making it perfect for all fitness levels and easily modifiable to suit individual needs.

HIRT

(High-Intensity Resistance Training)

A dynamic 30-minute Circuit session designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness. This is a five-week program run within the 6-week Challenge. Over the five weeks, participants will engage in a series of carefully structured exercises that combine high-intensity movements with resistance training. We bring the gym to the park!

Boxing

A fun, partner-based workout using boxing combos and focus pad drills. Punch, switch, and repeat for a full-body fitness boost and stress relief.

HIIT Boxing - Includes Weights

Punch it out with powerful combos, then grab your weights to fire up your muscles. This class blends cardio, resistance, and core work for an all-round knockout workout!

Dumbbell Blast

A high-energy class using just one set of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to deliver a complete full-body workout. You'll target every major muscle group and enjoy all the benefits of resistance training — simple, effective, and seriously fun.

Circuit

A simple, effective circuit-style session designed to increase your daily step count through walking or running. This class also builds strength, boosts cardiovascular endurance, and improves core stability — all in one energising workout.

Wildcard

No rules. No repeats. Just movement!

It could be weights, step, cardio, or bodyweight — you won’t know until you show up. Expect the unexpected and bring your best.

Elevate

Our signature twist on Hyrox-style training!

A powerful blend of cardio and strength, with a dash of friendly competition to push you further and keep things fun.
