Make Progress Not Excuses

We have all used them at one time or another, Excuses!!!! I have bad knees. My feet hurt. I have weak muscles. I suffer from sciatica. I have a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis. I have arthritis. I am too old.  Why are we excusing ourselves from living an extraordinary healthy life.

Another one is, “it’s too hot to exercise or, it’s too cold” WTF It’s never going to be the perfect temperature, so just do it!

Whether you are battling joint issues, obesity or uncomfortable weather conditions, you are not the only one. There are people out there dealing with the same problems. Nobody can make you decide to try for a better healthier life. YOU have to do it. YOU have to decide you are worth it. You have to keep at it every single day – not because you FEEL like it or LOVE it, but because it’s what you HAVE to do to create the BEST LIFE possible. Nobody can do it for you. It’s up to YOU!

It is not too late, you are not too fat, too old or too unfit. Stop telling yourself you have no time or cannot afford it, because one day you may need to find the time and money for ill health.

Stop right now with the excuses…stop feeling sorry for yourself and more importantly, start believing YOU ARE WORTH IT!
