The Shopping List
Here is a Shopping List breakdown I use to do my shopping for food prep. It is a basic list but you can create some great healthy meals from it. You just have to get creative 🙂
Proteins: Chicken Breast, Tuna, Fish, Lean beef pieces, Lean Mince, Eggs
Complex Carbs: Oatmeal (Quick Oats) Sweet Potatoes, Beans (kidney) Brown Rice, Multigrain Bread, Pasta
Fibrous Carbs: Green Leafy Lettuce (Green Leaf, Red, Leaf, Romaine) Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach, Capsicum, Cauliflower, Green Beans
Other Veg & Fruits: Cucumber, Onions acheter viagra (Brown & Spanish) Garlic, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Sprouts, bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, lemons and limes
Dairy: Low fat Milk, Greek yoghurt, Low fat Cream Cheese
Other: Coffee, Olive Oil, Nuts (peanuts, almonds) Reduced Salt Soy Sauce & Teriyaki Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Salsa, Chili, Tomato paste, Low salt beef or chicken Stock
